In Ghana, relationships come first. You build trust before you build contracts. In the UK, it is often the opposite. Learning to navigate both has been one of the greatest educations of my life.

I have founded 9 brands across healthcare, media, fashion, and entertainment. Some thrived. Some taught me expensive lessons. But every single one shaped the entrepreneur I am today.

The biggest lesson? Your network is your net worth — but only if you nurture it with genuine care, not just transactions. Every partnership I have built has been rooted in shared values, not just shared profit.
